  Worst place to stay. I lived in Amber Apartment for 3 month, the office customer service is the worst and some of them are really impolite, I asked the office to print 2 pages for me ONLY once, and they rejected it and told me to go to the public library. Every time I go to office they were busy talking and laughing and had no time to help me. The worst is, I moved out in a rush, I asked a girl in the office 1 month before I planed to leave about what should I prepared for leaving, she told me nothing to prepare and just drop off the key when I left. I asked her if there is any form I need to fill out, she told me NO. However, when i dropped the key 1 month later and left Michigan, I received an email and told I need to pay extra 1 month rent since I did not let office notice 1 month before I leave. I tried to explained what the girl told me, and they told me that notice in written is the law here. And I have no chance to go back to Michigan to find the girl who I talked to. Definitely never go back to live there.
  
  There are some bugs also. Facilities are very old.
